He was very helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and didn't use any silly pressure sales tactics that you see at some places. We went in looking for a particular type of vehicle and didn't find a good fit for us. Derek sat down with us to help narrow down what we actually needed so that we ended up with something that I think will work out even better than what we were originally looking for.
