He was very helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and didn't use any silly pressure sales tactics that you see at some places. We went in looking for a particular type of vehicle and didn't find a good fit for us. Derek sat down with us to help narrow down what we actually needed so that we ended up with something that I think will work out even better than what we were originally looking for. Cecelia in the finance department was also helpful in explaining finance options, extras, and making that part happen. More

First night I came in, I told Mr.Dabney the payment range that I was looking to sign for, and up front he laid it all out for me and said where we’d be on payments. Wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but I walked out satisfied that there was no pushing or any beating around the bush. I remembered that. As I continued my car search, many dealers wanted to make me sign for payements that I was not comfortable with; which had me left with Mr. Dabney in the back of my mind. A week passed and I decided to contact Mr. Dabney again so we could realistically look into our options. Long story short, I ended up with the original car that I wanted (for over a year), agreed on a great rate, and had an overall amazing (first) experience at a car dealership. I would recommend Mr. Dabney to any family and/or friends. Very personable, yet direct, salesman. There aren’t many good salesmen out there like this gentleman. I was lucky to have him. More
