We found a car on Carguru that was at the dealership. after driving the car Saturday afternoon, the used car manager informed us that he had just reduced the price a few minutes before. We called Monday after driving the car Saturday afternoon, the used car manager informed us that he had just reduced the price a few minutes before. We called Monday morning and told them we wanted the car but needed some time to get our money in line. They helped us get that all in line and by Wednesday afternoon, we had traded in 2 cars and had our 2014 Dodge Journey., Bill Dabney had printed the car facts for us. We noticed that there were 2 outstanding recalls. Between Monday and Wednesday, they were addressed and work was done. Bill Dabney gave us the receipt for the recall work. Bill worked with us straight up, no nonsense, no pressure. Before he let us loose, he made sure we had gas in the tank and took us next store for a fill. A very positive experience! More

Totally happy I went to the dealer to have a couple of recalls performed on an Impala and was looking at new Colorado pickups while waiting. Found one with the equipment we wanted and decided to get a quote. Price was a little over what I had to spend without trade in, so I held off. Chris Saylor was very easy to deal with and understood my situation. I went home and Chris had sent me an email stating he would be happy to help out anytime I wanted anymore info. After discussing the matter with my wife we decided to try trading in our old truck and my old Impala. When I went back Chris was on vacation so Bill Dabney took over. When both of my vehicles were appraised we were able to come to a deal and we couldn’t be happier.
