After our car had overheated enough that it no longer was worth fixing, we bought a 2013 Chevy Cruz the first weekend of October. It overheated on the way home from the dealer. My husband called Derek and told him what happened. I was completely ready for a "now darlin'..." kind of speech when I brought the car back, to which I was ready to let them have it! I have dealt with some very condescending dealerships in the past. When I took it back to the dealer, they had a loaner car ready for me and took care of me, without any problems or condescension. 3 weeks later with a brand new engine part, I went to pick up my car. A week later, it overheated again. I took it back in and again they took care of me. Derek was unbelievably helpful! 2 weeks later, they had sold the loaner I was using so they switched me to a 2014 Chevy Cruz while I waited for a brand new engine in my car. 2 weeks after that, my car was ready. 2 full months after we purchased the car. On the way home, the dash lights started flashing "service traction system" and the screen went blank. Derek met me at my house with the same loaner car (that I really liked) and he took mine back to the dealer. He kept saying how he had never seen anything like this, to which I replied- it would only happen to us- it's our luck! He had already talked to the owners of the dealership so when I called the next day to say I'm done with the car, they had already decided to get me out of the one I bought and trade for the 2014 loaner. I went in Saturday and they had everything taken care of. This really was a crazy experience and could have been SO MUCH WORSE! Most dealers, I'm sure, would have been like "well, I hate that for you. You're SOL!" But Derek was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of! And never once did I feel like I was an inconvenience to them or did they try to belittle me as a woman. Now, I have a newer car with less miles and because of the wonderful treatment I received, I am a happy customer:). More

Wisconsin Cheesehead Drives 500 miles to buy from Willie Swiss cheese for brains or not, I felt confident to drive the distance to buy from Willie Nelson Mitchell. I wanted a nice, older, rust free cargo va Swiss cheese for brains or not, I felt confident to drive the distance to buy from Willie Nelson Mitchell. I wanted a nice, older, rust free cargo van for construction (hard to find in WI). Willie came through for me, without a 'cheesy' used car salesman smile! I signed an 'as is' purchase agreement and left. Ryan at the service shop checked the air in the tires before we started the trip back and found a nail . Willie immediately had a new tire put on at no charge. I also enjoyed meeting a Kentucky Green Bay Packer fan! Thanks Willie. More
