Service Dept I needed to take my GMC Envoy in for a service light and oil change. As my regular service writer was not there I had talked to Ryan Daring on the p I needed to take my GMC Envoy in for a service light and oil change. As my regular service writer was not there I had talked to Ryan Daring on the phone prior to going to the dealership. Upon going into the service dept, he greeted me and began to prepare the work order. He picked up on several items that I needed to have done in addition to the problem I was having. He explained why they should be done. As I needed to leave the vehicle, he kept me up to date with several phone calls. That kind of service is always appreciated.
