My overall experience was on only good because when I walked in the door I told them that I could only afford a $250 car payment and I ended up walking out with a $290 car payment. The sale price of the car I will say is a fair price of the car, my payment is what I rated "price" on. More

But when it came time to get a second car, my husband went to Bob Hook. He loved Bob Hook so much that when we decided to trade our Aura in, we went straight to Bruce Winters. He was amazing! He knew we had a bit of a rough time the first go round and was understanding to that fact. He took the time to listen to our needs and concerns and made sure that the experience as a whole was smooth and pressure free! What I loved most about Bruce was the fact that he took the time to talk to me! Other dealerships we went to pretty much ignored me and talked only to my husband. Bob Hook was definitely a breath of fresh air. We ended up purchasing an HHR and we absolutely love it!
