Bill could have encouraged, pushed or swayed me into making a decision. However, that’s not how Bill Dabney does business! He said, go home and keep checking our website for vehicles you absolutely would love to own. I just needed to do a little bit more homework to narrow down exactly what I wanted. Bill said verbatim, I never want to pressure my customers into making a decision. So, that’s exactly what I did! Once I narrowed down my decision and I had an idea of exactly what I wanted to purchase, everything else was breeze! I test drove a couple vehicles with Bill and made my decision! I was then guided into Cecelia Brownings office and let me tell you, she is the sweetest! Cecelia takes care of ALL of the paperwork and the financial side of things. Trust me when I tell you, she is happy to crunch some number for you without hesitation a multitude of times! Once I was comfortable with my payment, interest rate, and the warranty for my newly purchased vehicle, she was happy to explain everything AGAIN, in such depth and detail.
