I'm from out of state and the folks at Bob Hook Chevy were super easy to deal with. I primarily communicated with Kelly and Tyler over text messages which was very convenient for me. I decided to fly into Louisville on a Saturday morning to pickup the car and then drive it home. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, I was unable to arrive prior to the dealership closing for the day. Since they're normally closed on Sunday, this meant I would need to stay in town until Monday morning to pickup the car. This is where the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND. First Cecelia called me at the airport to finalize financing. Then Kelly and Greg arranged to meet me at the dealership on Sunday, their day off, to finish the deal. The paperwork was ready and just needed signatures and I was on my way home in no time. They really stepped up to turn around an unfortunate situation.
