Regarding the tires on your vehicle, I hope this was not a misunderstanding because we absolutely repair and replace tires, but we may have decided these had plenty of tread life left. Thank you for getting back to me. This is my second Bob Hook experience. My first was when we purchased our 2013 GS Corvette. I was very happy with the transaction start to finish and actually recommended Bob Hook to family,friends and club members. Unfortunately, the second time around was a fail. I was actually fairly happy with the sale. It wasn’t until after that I learned my sales person lied directly to me twice about tires and also whether or not the part had been ordered. It’s part number 84092127 and is available in stock at several dealers. I’ve since made the repair myself without replacing it. As of now, my wife and I have concerns what else is being withheld concerning the vehicle we purchased. We both feel we’re stuck since our trade in is long gone. Again, thanks for responding. We’re actually semi surprised by that.
