We bought a truck from Bob Hook Chevrolet. John Knotts was informative regarding the truck, its history and possible finance options. Both he and Willie Mitchell, were upfront and transparent during the pre-purchase negotiation. Once settled on price and best lending option, John made the financial paperwork process seem effortless, even as we are in a different state and used our own lending institution. There was great communication. When we were ready to pick up the truck, it was sitting out front, clean, paper plated and ready to go after some official signatures. We felt at ease as the atmosphere was professional yet cordial and seasoned with humor. We would recommend BHC and know that when its time to shop for additional vehicles, we will call John! More
