Dealt with a girl online for this dealership, giving all our personal information, we were told to ask for a David and another guy, the boss never said a word to us, just stared. A young salesman who acted as if he was new told us he had to wait for his boss to test drive our trade in. As we sit down to do the deal, the young salesman seemed nervous, his boss chatting to two other workers, still never spoke to us. When the price was read off to us, I corrected him to let him know, this was not what was online and a manual lt basic Colorado, he stated he had to ask the boss as we watched the young salesman who barely looked 21 come back and say the boss stated the internet price was wrong. I was really upset by now, the owner did not give a rats, we clearly were there to buy, apparently the young salesman stated that he or anyone was given the information that already was given!! It should have been a test drive, run credit, do the contract, but this rude non verbal boss refused to say a word to us. To me I find it shocking the reviews left behind, far from our encounter after driving over 3 and a half hours to be treated like this. I am though glad this jerk who yelled why were we leaving, as we picked up the keys off the counter, the owner still quiet. I ended up down the road to buy a fully loaded Chevrolet Colorado within 45 mins from Bachman Chevrolet who treated us like human beings and answered every questioned, even stayed over past closing Maybe Bob already started his Juky4th, he knew we were coming, but treated us like trash. Glad to we got the first responders discount and can get our service done up where we live. Bachman any day over this place!!! More

Colleen was awesome, such a great person to work with! Upon finding out that my son was joining the Army she told him how much she appreciated him and that she was proud of him.
