I do not think I got the best price Available, have had three dealers contact me since my purchase with lower prices, less mileage and newer vans. They were Dodge Pro Masters, with medium tops (2) and 1 standard top. Disappointed the hub caps were not replaced and I really understood you to say you were replacing the radio. Spoke with the service person seems it will be March before the repairs can be made. In my humble opinion the van should not have been on the market before the recalls were completed, I’ve done some research and the drive shaft is a pretty big, serious issue. Hub caps play an important role in protecting wheel stems. I also feel the dealership should have front mats when requested. And no, it is not uncommon for there to be front mats in a work van, also did some research on that issue. All three of my sons feel I got taken on the price, should have been no higher than $18,000. I may have rushed into things too quickly because I do love the van, it drives well, and I had been looking for a high top for quite awhile in the Louisville area. Closest one available was in Cincinnati and I couldn’t get a ride up there coordinated. Thank you, Shari Cooper More
