Great experience! After shopping around for two weeks I walked into Bob Hook Chevrolet and was greated with smiles and genuine hospitality by everyone. I loved the big After shopping around for two weeks I walked into Bob Hook Chevrolet and was greated with smiles and genuine hospitality by everyone. I loved the big dealership with a small personal feeling about it. The salesman I was referred to, Don Mills, was very patient while listening all of my needs. Based off of that he gathered various models that fit all those needs. After my wife and I found the perfect vehicle, we went back to see Don and broke down some nubers so we could go through the application process. This was something I was not only unsure about, but frankly it was a fight I thought I couldn't win. Don and Jason Dugger, the financing manager, got us approved with a payment below what I was hoping and an interest rate that was much less than what I anticipated. After some texts back and forth and two visits in the store, I drove off the lot loving my brand new car and feeling great about my experience at Bob Hook Chevrolet. Long story short, my wife and I both loved how we were treated by everyone on the team and will be lifelong customers. I also recommend anyone to go see Don Mills and Jason Dugger!
