Strike 1) Rear windshield shattered while parked in my driveway one day. My research shows it's a known problem. I contact Acura. They couldn't care less. They told me I can bring it in, but it may take them multiple days to look at it-oh and they cant give me a loaner car. I submitted multiple contact requests and never received a single one. Meanwhile, I have to work and have no choice but to pay for a new back windshield myself. Strike 2) AC goes out so we schedule an appointment and take it in yesterday (8/15/25). $300 later they say its fixed, and initially it appears to be. Two hours into a three hour drive it goes out again. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More

So, first off you get your own personal agent to assist you through your process. My service agent was Tiara. I went in to have a few dings on the body of my Integra. Tiara was time on target. My appointment was at 0800 and she was the to greet me at 0755. Now I’m a retired military man so time; especially when it comes to being on time is very important to me. Upon arrival she was genuinely curious about my issues. She arranged a loaner vehicle without me even asking for one. Impressive! Folks my previous car was a Mercedes and the customer service pales in comparison to the at Bob Howard. By the way for some weird reason everyone in the building says hello to and engages you in a conversation. My repair took over a week and I was in the loop the entire time. Long story short I don’t care if you just need an oil change; give these folks a call. The customer service alone is priceless. More
