This is the 9th Acura that I have bought from this dealer and they never disappoint on their service once you buy your car. They treat you just like you’re the only one there…..even keeping you posted on how and they never disappoint on their service once you buy your car. Bob Howard Acura set me an appointment for oil change on my new MDX. The appointment was set by phone. I attempted a Saturday appointment but they were full so I was offered a Sunday 11:30 appointment. I my new MDX. The appointment was set by phone. I attempted a Saturday appointment but they were full so I was offered a Sunday 11:30 appointment. I checked the website which confirmed they were open Sunday 9:00 to 4:00. My wife and I left church and drove 30 minutes to the Acura service department in Edmond Oklahoma only to guitar was closed. After 30 minutes of waiting and making calls I decided my appointment was not going to be honored. We left frustrated and felt it had taken 2 hours of our weekend and still had not got service. I called my salesperson Joni on Monday and she advised they no longer have a local receptionist and everything goes to a service in Houston. I suggest that service should be given your actual hours of operation and update the website as well to prevent this from happening to others. Joni did get me an appointment this afternoon noon and I type this as I wait on my serotonin be complete. I appreciate Joni for her actions but have a very low opinion of Bob Howard Acura. I have no idea what this will cost today but feel it should be free. Hopefully they can make some adjustments to keep my business. Randy Murray More
I’ve been a customer at this dealership for 6 years getting my car service on a regular basis and my experiences with Acura lately just have been dissatisfying . I will gladly take my services elsewhere and would advise others too as well. I could wrote a passage about my experience but it’s not even worth it at this point . It’s super frustrating. The dealership has demonstrated a lack of accountability and along with many inconvenience to loyal customers. It’s quite baffling ! More
