The waiting room tv"s were turned off on a Saturday morning. The service was completed, yet the tech did not balance all 4 tire pressures after replacing the tire sensor and left each tire with a diff morning. Excellent service department did everything they said they would and in the time frame they would do it. My one service advisor Jordan still went out of his way to help. Waited 2 hours for an oil change. I was told 75 to 90 min. My truck was sitting out front I had to notify someone and still waited another 15min.
