Easy buying process, complete the whole deal over email. The dealership could’ve done a little better job of keeping in contacting me after I purchased the vehicle. I was waiting on my truck to be delivered from Arkansas. They didn’t contact me for a day and a half about when my vehicle would be ready to pick up. Overall, a good purchasing experience. More

I went back the next day to sign all the paperwork and was in and out of there in less than an hour. Fabulous job by them and could be happier with my purchase. More
First time customer came in for an oil change and tire rotation. We also said they’re doing an inspection of all my fluid levels and topped those off. Realized after I had driven off that the tires were i rotation. We also said they’re doing an inspection of all my fluid levels and topped those off. Realized after I had driven off that the tires were indeed rotated however, the correct air pressure was not done. So that resulted in me having to go to a tire store and get the air pressures corrected. Then several days later when I went to run the windshield wipers, the fluid level had not been refilled. Just seems like the little details that should’ve been done were overlooked. So that leaves me to question going back if they can’t handle the small details. My service advisor, however, was delightful. More

⭐ 1 STAR — NEGLIGENCE, MISREPRESENTATION, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE (I'd give it a negative star if I could) This review is being written after the full resolution of repairs so that it is accurate and fully DAMAGE (I'd give it a negative star if I could) This review is being written after the full resolution of repairs so that it is accurate and fully documented. We brought our 2024 Dodge Ram (25,000 miles) to Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Oklahoma City for diagnosis of a noise when turning right. We were told the issue was the transfer case and that it required a “double flush”—a term later confirmed by another dealership to be nonstandard and not a recognized service procedure. We were also pressured into replacing three tires immediately. Shortly after, we were informed our vehicle had “slipped” off a lift but were assured the damage was minor. Upon arrival, the dealership could not initially locate our vehicle. When it was finally presented, it had obvious and significant damage, including a large scrape and dent along the lower panels—far exceeding what had been disclosed. The service manager minimized the situation, stating “it’s just a truck,” and attempted to normalize the damage. Only after repeated requests and the mention of police involvement did the dealership provide written acknowledgment of responsibility. We declined further work from this dealership and returned to Virginia. During the trip, the original mechanical issue immediately reoccurred. Inspection by our trusted dealership revealed that the transfer case service had not been properly performed. The fluid was contaminated with an abnormal substance, indicating either improper or incomplete work. An independent collision center documented extensive structural damage resulting from the lift incident, requiring significant repairs well beyond cosmetic correction. This included major labor and disassembly. Initially, Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge stated they would pay out of pocket, then attempted to significantly underpay the repair estimate. Only after escalation to executive leadership was the claim properly routed through insurance. This situation involved: • Misrepresentation of mechanical service • Negligent handling of a customer vehicle resulting in significant damage • Failure to disclose the true extent of that damage • Resistance to providing written accountability • Attempted financial minimization of repair responsibility Additionally, this occurred while we were traveling with a horse, introducing a serious safety risk due to improper mechanical work. Consumers should be aware of the level of risk associated with entrusting a vehicle to this dealership. I strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere. More
