Service dept took 7 full days to replace a Ram thermostat and housing problem. Literally 2 bolts and a hose clamp. $441.88 “labor” and over $160 parts charge ( yes they really cost about $80. This sort of thievery keeps folks away and more than earns this bad review. The service manager was the only sorta bright point. He tried to repair bad relationships caused by a fired service tech scheduling. But would not budge on the horrendous price. More

The waiting room tv"s were turned off on a Saturday morning. The service was completed, yet the tech did not balance all 4 tire pressures after replacing the tire sensor and left each tire with a diff morning.
