Our records show that your appointment was scheduled through our call center at 1:30 p.m. for a 2:30 p.m. arrival. At that time, our Service Advisor, David, greeted you and documented the concerns you shared regarding your Grand Wagoneer. We explained that the appointment time is the check-in time with an advisor, who then communicates the estimated timeframe for diagnosis and repairs. Given the nature of air conditioning and overheating concerns, proper diagnosis requires specialized equipment, certified technicians, and adequate time to ensure accuracy. These repairs cannot be completed in just a couple of hours, as our technicians were actively working on other vehicles in their assigned stalls at the time of your arrival. David assured you that we would have the vehicle diagnosed within 24 hours and also offered to assist with arranging a rental vehicle through Stellantis that could accommodate your family's needs. Unfortunately, this option was declined, and you chose to leave with your vehicle. While we always strive to provide same-day resolutions where possible, certain repairs require more time to ensure both accuracy and safety. We regret that our timeline did not meet your expectations, but we did follow our service process to provide an accurate diagnosis and offered transportation support during the repair period. I purchased a 2020 Infiniti QX 60 that I saw advertised online. The car allegedly was certified which the dealer charged to me for. After driving the car for a couple of months the check engine light came on. I took it to the Infinity dealer after the Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership that I purchased the car at refused to look at the vehicle Because of the brand. The Infinity dealer determined based on the code from the check engine light that the car potentially had sludge in the engine. Turns out it did have sludge. The only repair option was to replace the engine for 23K plus at the time of the purchase, I purchased a Mopar extended warranty, which was five years house 75,000 miles the Infinity dealer submitted the claim and refused any service stating that the issue existed before my purchase I had to make a tough decision on whether or not to inform the Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge management of the situation and I chose not to let them know. I treated the car back to Bob Howard, which resulted in about a $5000 loss for me two days later when I was at the dealership, picking up a pair of glasses that I left in the car the car was back on the lot for the same price that I paid for the vehicle Which was 23K on the trade they gave me 18 K I’m 63 years old I’m never experienced a situation like this in my life. After a lot of prayer thinking about a course of action I received this request for rating the dealer, which is what I’m doing now I will send a letter of complaint to the general manager of the dealership and see if they are willing to compensate me for the loss I took and if they haven’t sold it already to get the car off the lot and don’t allow another consumer to experience what I did my name is Robert Farris

After reading through your review, I did take the time to personally look into the details, and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your perspective and clarify a few things. Our records show that we gave you $19,000 for your Infiniti, and it is currently listed for $20,895, we have already discounted it twice since trading for the vehicle. As a dealership, like any business, we do operate with the goal of turning a profit on the vehicles we purchase or trade for. I do regret that we weren’t made aware of the problem when it first arose. Had I known, I likely could’ve worked with the warranty company on your behalf to explore coverage options under the Mopar extended plan. A certified vehicle means a Mopar-trained technician inspected it at the time of sale and found no immediate mechanical concerns. I also want to point out that I remember our team trying to go above and beyond for you during the process — including covering the cost of an additional key after the sale, even though it wasn't part of the original agreement. I mention that not to dismiss your frustration, but to show that our goal was always to take care of you as a valued customer.
