Not pushy at all; Jimmy and Sammy came and sat down in the lobby with us, we discussed our options, we told them where we needed to be and they made it happen but with none of the runaround like you get at a lot of dealerships. Jay in finance was a great guy also & straight up just like the other guys. I've had over 30 new cars & trucks so I can tell when a dealers is trying to hide something or trying to pull one over on me but not these people. Try them out if you're looking for a new Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Ram! You won't be sorry! I also want to thank Colby. He got it all started for us earlier in the week but couldn't be there today. Dishonest - DO NOT BUY- Rating "ZERO" stars This dealership is so dishonest. We found a pre-owned vehicle that was listed at their lot on Broadway Extension. When we arrived it was nothing like This dealership is so dishonest. We found a pre-owned vehicle that was listed at their lot on Broadway Extension. When we arrived it was nothing like the online picture, actually they had only posted the right side of the vehicle that looked decent, the other side was completely trashed, which we found out once we arrived at their lot. What a deceiving way to lure you in. The Sales person then brought us a car they had just received and it seemed fairly decent for my 16 year old. We proceeded to purchased a car from Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge in OKC on 8/19/2017 after waiting for 4 hours to have the forms processed. After 6 weeks we never received the forms to register the vehicle nor did we receive finance information to submit the first payment. We were then called and asked to come I to sign additional missing forms, but were told that we could not take the car and had to bring it back... we were then asked to re-apply to secure another loan and after waiting 5hrs and 45 min were told everything was ok to proceed with taking possession of the car. So we left the lot once again with a revised new sales contract. We were then called again on 10/17/17 And asked to return the car by 4PM! because somehow the loan did not go through AGAIN!!! This is unacceptable!!. We have provided a down payment and purchased insurance and now are asked leave without a car!!!. when we questioned and asked why the general manager started raising his voice and screaming in a demeaning manner. Very unprofessional. I asked for a refund of my down payment and any insurance fees incurred due to it not being my error and the general manager rudely declined and yelled at me. I will NEVER do business with this dealership. And, I will be sure to let everyone know. DO NOT BUY. I later drove to Jim Norton Toyota and bought my car and received exceptional service and only had to wait 1.5 hrs. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau on Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge in OKC More
