Jesus did a great job. Jesus Esquivel was a pleasure to work with when I was shopping for a car. He made sure to listen to exactly what I needed and did not pressure me at a Jesus Esquivel was a pleasure to work with when I was shopping for a car. He made sure to listen to exactly what I needed and did not pressure me at all. He let me look at the car for a long time before I decided, probably knowing that I prefer to shop that way. He really did a tremendous job: he was super responsive to calls and texts and got together all of the paperwork very quickly once I decided to buy. I can't say enough good things about the experience with him. That is when the experience went south. The financing department could use a lesson from Mr. Esquivel. They were pressuring me to buy warranties that I did not want, basically talking in circles until I signed up for a warranty which I am now trying to cancel. The only way I was able to get in contact with anyone was by calling every hour on the hour for two days nonstop. If the dealership put as much effort on the end of the transaction as they did in the beginning with Jesus they could have a dealership to be proud of. Jesus gets 5 stars + Financing gets 1 star = 3 star average. More
