Dealership helped get Honda to cover 90% on a major repair! Since the car I bought was a demo, I didn't realize there was a difference between date of delivery and date of service. I had just moved here from out of state, and took my car to Bob Howard at the recommendation of others. I produced all my service records from the prior Honda dealerships I worked with back home - it took a little while, but Donn worked with Honda who came back and said they would cover 90% of it due to my excellent proof of keeping the car serviced!
