08/13/2024: Went to Bob Howard for new brakes and turning of rotors. Met Julian as my service tech. He was extremely nice and polite. Not pushy at all. Looked up information for me and checked prices and for possible discounts for me. He was very busy while I was there and made me feel comfortable.There was also another young man named Jaiden who was eager to help me as well. Please keep these young men as they are really trying hard to do a good job as far as I can tell. Julian knew I was in a bit of a hurry and still got my car to me in a decent amount of time. He offered to have my car washed as well but I declined this time. Overall experience is still 5 stars for me. They did what I asked and didn't try to push anything else on me. Listening to the customer is what counts for me! More
