We made the deal over the phone and they did supply needed information. Agreed to pick me up from airport, and was there on time. Once at the dealership, it was a little hectic. I noticed a nail in the needed information. Agreed to pick me up from airport, and was there on time. Once at the dealership, it was a little hectic. I noticed a nail in the tire, so it took a little while how that was going to be handled. While that was being done, I waited on finance department. I had agreed amount check in my hand, and was told I needed another $200 plus dollars because they had figured the tax wrong. Once all the paperwork was complete, I still had to wait another 40 minutes before my vehicle was ready. I left there with an 1/8th of a tank of fuel. More

I was called by the dealership and told I HAD to get my vehicle in for the 5,000 mile service. I told them it barely had 1,000 miles on it and the lady explained that oil needs to be changed every 5000 mi vehicle in for the 5,000 mile service. I told them it barely had 1,000 miles on it and the lady explained that oil needs to be changed every 5000 miles or 6 months because it breaks down. So I take it in and was told they don’t do oil changes but every 10,000 miles? So which is it all they did was check the fluids and send me on my way? Still no second key fob advisor said computers were down and would call as soon as they came back online, that was two days ago…….. More
