We arrived 5 minutes early only to learn the guy we were meeting with had left a few minutes earlier. A stand-in was immediately found. He was friendly and polite, but told us that we wouldn't be happy with that car, and proceeded his bait-and-switch. Don't believe them, keep driving! More

I took an appointment after asking how long it would take, they said it will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. I dropped the car at 10:50 am and time goes buy and it was 1:15 pm and I got no call from the service representative. I had my wife drive me there to see what is going on. I walked to the service desk and the representative started looking at his computer for few minutes and said let me see what's going on. He walked to another office where 3 gentlemen were setting in front of another set of computers and came back saying there is a nail in the tire and we can't fix and we have to replace the entire tire. I asked him why you waited for almost 3 hours to inform me about this issue. Also, the service manager was not professional in his response and didn't honor the complaint. Too many middle men in this service station and lot of conflicting information from the mechanic to the customer. I am very unhappy about this situation More
We looked into leasing a car here. We were quoted a price higher than we wanted to pay. When a Jim Norton Toyota offered a much better deal, Bob Howard Toyota said they would match the deal. After getting us back in the dealership they didn't get anywhere near matching the deal. Very friendly, but not at all straight shooters. We were very clear the whole time about what we could pay and they led us to believe they would make it happen until the time came to sign the papers. We were very disappointed with our experience at Bob Howard Toyota. More

Iwent in for a recall ....actually three on a FJ..... called and told they needed to do a 1000 in repairs and when i said no, not now, they called back in 5 mnutes and said the car was ready but when i g called and told they needed to do a 1000 in repairs and when i said no, not now, they called back in 5 mnutes and said the car was ready but when i got there it was not ready.....it was not cleaned up and after leaving i found parts missing.....worst experience ever with a car dealership ...i was going to buy another Toyota but i think i will return to Bob Moore and see what he is selling.... that is best experience I have had in OKC/Edmond More

Walked onto the lot, was greeted and taken to Jordan. We drove the Prius and made the deal. It was such an easy purchase! They honored everything they said they would do. Everyone there was professional, friendly and a joy to do business with. They have been more than accommodating in working with my husband's work schedule on getting papers signed. They have just been a joy to work with and they will have my business for many years to come. We came to get a 2013 Toyota Camry and was told BH did not have the model we wanted so we were "convinced" to get a Toyota Camry Hybrid because it was similar to the vehicle we wanted. We were under so mu not have the model we wanted so we were "convinced" to get a Toyota Camry Hybrid because it was similar to the vehicle we wanted. We were under so much duress that day and foolishly bought this vehicle without reading more into the contract. When we came home, we realized it was NOT a 2013 but a 2012. The very next day, we went to explain our very "consumer remorse" and asked if we could return the vehicle. Not only were we denied the request but no one even offered us anything to ease our pains of paying such a high price for a 2012 vehicle. It seems like they do their best to get you to sign on the dotted line but after you signed, their hands are washed (while their pockets are full). Their customer service skills are zero at best.
