Terrible experience registering vehicle out of state. Amie blatantly lied to me about submitting paperwork to ACP. After hearing nothing for 60 days, I reached out and was reassured the paperwork was submitted and should wait another 60 days. Meanwhile temp tags are expired. Now being told I am responsible for registering vehicle myself and have to pay penalty fees for being 120 days late. Have called finance office multiple times and am constantly told will be called back by manager for follow up. No follow up has occurred in 5 months. Terrible. More

The dealership is very communicative about when I need to come in for service, easy to schedule with, and always courteous. I arrived early for my appointment and was checked in early. I was quoted and hour and they were done in 45 minutes. Exceptional service, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Very poor service. This is on 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid with 40k miles. I purchased this car, new, at your dealership. Today it took 15 minutes to check in and 2 hours, This is on 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid with 40k miles. I purchased this car, new, at your dealership. Today it took 15 minutes to check in and 2 hours, me waiting, for an oil change and filter. Dealership advertised fast service and this is what I expected. I believe this was retaliation to me not excepting 5 other service recommendations. Wanted to align and balance tires. New tires put on 5k miles ago. No issue with alignment to warrant service. Wanted to flush transmission, no issue to warrant service. 40k miles ?????. Wanted ignition system cleaner, no problems I could find. Wanted 2 other issues done. I could no detect any reason for any of the recommendations to be done. Communication of recommended service was by e-mail. That does not tell me anything. Everything that was recommended was what Toyota suggested with a car with 10 years of normal mileage.I understand that service depts are looking to increase their bottom line but don’t agree with going about it your way. I think you will loose many customers when the word gets out about this kind of service. You lost me. More
Don Nelson, was a great help from beginning to the end. Called up there 15 minutes after opening time Don was on the lot, give him the stock number and he knew the vehicle and put his hand on it. We talked off and on and we made the trip to Edmond, after that Don held our hand and walked us through the whole procedure. Don knows everything about Toyota's, very informative, just what we are lacking today! Finance manager, Amie was also a pleasure to deal with, I would say exceptional. From the beginning to the end I would give Bob Howard five stars More
