Best Car Buying Experience Ever My wife and I had a very satisfying new car buying experience at F.X. Caprara VW thanks to the excellent assistance of sales person, Walter Young! We My wife and I had a very satisfying new car buying experience at F.X. Caprara VW thanks to the excellent assistance of sales person, Walter Young! We contacted Walter early in the morning and he had the vehicle we were interested in ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. Before our test drive, Walter went over all the cars features and then sent us out. We returned impressed with the VW Tiguan. We sat down with Walt who asked us our needs to make a deal for the car, laid out our financing options, had someone look at our trade-in and we proceeded to come up with a deal that satisfied us very well. We agreed to the terms and our new Tiguan was ready to pick up later in the day at which time we were taken through the all the paper work by the dealership's finance person. Walter, again, went through features and controls of the vehicle and pointed us toward a VW website where we could find more information and instructional videos to help us familiarize ourselves with our new car. We've bought many cars over the years but our experience with FX Caprara VW and especially with Walter Young has been by far the best car buying experience we've had! More
