I ALWAYS make an appointment and still end up stuck there for 2 to 3 hours. And the real kicker is, I see my technician taking a breakfast or lunch break in the middle of my service. Who does that? After 3 VW's from Dorschel, Never will I buy a car from them again. More

Crooks who hook My truck broke down and was told to me that it was one problem and it wasn't. They gave me my truck back and it cut off on the highway where I was str My truck broke down and was told to me that it was one problem and it wasn't. They gave me my truck back and it cut off on the highway where I was stranded for two and a half hours because they misdiagnosed my vehicle. Once I payed 250 bucks to get it back there they said it was a radio issue for 2400 dollars which they said wasn't an issue after investigation further it was an alternate issue. It was suppose to be a three day job that turned to over a month and now the radio is still an issue. I highly advise ppl support there local car mechanic's because you'll lose with volkswagen incompetent staff. More

2015 VW GTI I wouldn't buy a car from this dealer or a Volkswagen in general ever again. I have purchased two brand new Volkswagen GTI's in my lifetime and curren I wouldn't buy a car from this dealer or a Volkswagen in general ever again. I have purchased two brand new Volkswagen GTI's in my lifetime and currently am having serious issues with my car which currently has less than 16,000 miles. To make a long story short their sales team doesn't care about you or making customers happy as long as they're taking your money. Also their service team is just as careless and incompetent. I've had numerous issues with their service department but gave them a few chances to make things right as both of my NEW cars were always covered under warranty. Between dealing with arrogance, attitude, and poor workmanship I am happy to say I will no longer be having my car serviced there. My rear doors are leaking and they couldn't correct the issue so they basically said my doors were fixed and sent me on my way. I have had a second dealer attempt to repair my door leaks and not only have they broken numerous parts/scratched my car...my doors STILL leak after replacing mostly all of the door seals. In the midst of all of this my water pump failed at just 15,000 miles and after replacement I am still losing coolant despite the repair. I had to have my passenger headlight replaced due to condensation making its way inside the assembly. The list of all of my issues with the dealer and my vehicle goes on and on...I currently have mold in the rear carpet of my nearly brand new VW GTI with 15,200 miles. To sum it all up. My issues still have not been resolved over months of trying. Between VWoA and the dealerships in my area I cannot find resolve for my situation. I highly recommend not buying a Volkswagen but furthermore...if you do then DO NOT buy it from Dorschel or IDE VW. More

Total disinterest from sales staff I've lost count of how many times I've walked around the Dorschel VW showroom while bringing my car in for a service, and not A SINGLE salesperson has I've lost count of how many times I've walked around the Dorschel VW showroom while bringing my car in for a service, and not A SINGLE salesperson has come up to me to ask if they can help. I have a loaded checkbook in pocket every time, yet none of them bothers to see if I'm interested in buying a car! Instead, they all stand huddled around the desk at the back in the glass-walled office. I guess they're just selling soooo many cars that none of them needs another sale. Oh well, it's not as if they're the only VW dealers in the area. More
