Great Car Well first let me start off and say , that I was looking at the new sonata for a while now and one of my friends had just bought one and I got to driv Well first let me start off and say , that I was looking at the new sonata for a while now and one of my friends had just bought one and I got to drive it, I was very impressed with how the car drove , so I did my research and finally deciding to go see if we could work out a deal and I got an outstanding deal on the car .Now lets talk about the car , the car rides really good, it does have the sport suspension , it does have a solid feel to the car, does not have a lot of wind noise or road noise either, as far as the performance of the car, I will have to comment on that later, only have 500 miles on the car, also has great navigation on the vehicle , a great sound system, also all of the safety features on it too, blind spot detection , rear cross blind spot detection , lane change alert and all of these systems work great. I love this car so far More

I visited 3 other dealerships that day and Bob King Hyundai by far exceeded the others in answering my questions, getting me into a vehicle to test drive and find out if it was right for me, and ultimately helping me leave with a car that I am very satisfied with. VERY DISPLEASED--ALL MEMBERS RUDE I am very displeased with the service I received from Bob King Hyundai. When stopping by on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30 I was greeted by a sale I am very displeased with the service I received from Bob King Hyundai. When stopping by on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30 I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Sam. When meeting him, we discussed with him that we did not want to look at a vehicle at the moment but instead go over the options of what they would give me for my trade and also to see what cars they had on their lot that would work for my budget. After Sam inspected my car, he comes back in and does a Kelly Blue Book appraisal and the amount they were going to give me for my car was way under the market value. We told Sam that we were not proceeding with the deal with such a low price and he said, "I will be right back, let me talk with my manager." After about 10 minutes or so, he came back and said, "If we offer you $5,000 more for your trade will you proceed with the deal. We said of course! Then Sam proceeds to show us vehicles that he advised was in our price range and he asked us to schedule an appointment for Monday evening to come back and close up all the loose ends because it was close to 6pm at this point. We scheduled the appointment and got Sam's phone number. On Monday around lunch time I called Sam to make sure we were still good to go for that evening and he said of course. When arriving that evening, Sam was no where to be found and we were told that a different salesman was going to be helping us (I never once found out his name). The new sales guy had none of the information that Sam wrote down on Saturday, and then we see Sam but he doesn't even speak to us at all but he is helping someone else that walked in, after scheduling an appointment with us, its like he never meet us before. So after getting promised a price for our trade in, filling out paperwork beforehand, and discussing all the ends and out on Saturday, it was like we had never been there and never had spoken to anyone. Even the sales manager acted like he didn't know about the conversation he had with Sam on Saturday. Then after being told the car Sam showed us was not in our price range, we asked "What car do you have on your lot that will work?" He says, "Let me look and see, we will be right back." Then, the manager, finance manger, Sam, and this new sales guy are all in a huddle discussing something and the manger and new sales guy walk over and say, "We could get you in anything if you didn't have the other car." What? How does that make any sense? I am not pleased at all with this type of service. I think they thought since I was a young female, that I did not know what I was doing. I am sorry but this is not how a dealership should operate, and it looks to me as if I am not the only one who has had problems recently. Be careful of this dealership, they tell you a bunch of lies just to get you in the door and then they all act like they do not know what you are talking about. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of Bob King and the crocked salesman and managers. More

To his credit, he asked me if I would be okay with having Michael Hargrove talk to me, in his place. I agreed, and Mr. Hargrove took it from there. Mr. Hargrove was very nice to us, and I thought he was both pleasant and professional in the way he led us through the process. I remember the financial discussions were held with Jotae Buckhannon, who was also cordial and professional. I talked to one other person, who I believe was a sales manager, but unfortunately I cannot remember his name. I give him good marks, too. More
