When we arrived at the dealership, we met Mr. Hall first thing. He was friendly and I felt he was totally sincere. Everyone at the dealership was intent on our satisfaction and even brought in a car in the color we wanted. We had everthing wrapped up in less than three days. If there is any negatives in the experience, it is that the financing needs a little more explanation. It seems to be rushed and not throughly explained. After looking over our contract when I finally got the time, I was confused about some of the charges. That would be the only negative I could find. Looking back, I should have insisted that each item be explained in detail, then I would not have the feeling that somehow we may have paid a little too much. Since having the car, we are pleased with the quality and looks of this SUV. I hope to have a great many years enjoying it. He also was one of the most personable sales people that we have ever encountered in purchasing a new vehicle. He is to be commended in his position. We also found that the Hyundai manager, Mike Stokes was also as friendly, professional and exceptional. He was beyond what we had expected as a manager. What a great person both of these men are.
