It was raining and cold. He came outside to greet us first and then sat down inside and talked with ALL of us including my graddaughter. He made sure she was involved int he entire process. We went outside and with us not just sent us to the lot to look on our own. We did go to two other dealers afterwards and came back to Richard that afternoon.
