James was the best car salesman that I had talked to all week. Every other car dealership that I went to did not have good customer service like James did. My daughter was looking for her first car and ob King was very helpful. The car sales man allowed her to drive about 5 cars and even tried to teach her how to drive a five speed. From the moment I got out of my car, I was greeted by everyone who passed, even if they were busy. Bruce Christopherson greeted me and helped me sort through my options, as I was looking to trade my '07 everyone who passed, even if they were busy. Eventhough I was interested in two and then three vehicles, he gladly showed me any car in which I was interested. I never felt rushed through at anytime. It was as if I were the only customer in the world. He worked closely with the financing dept and always made sure I was kept up to date on the process. In the end I drove away in a great Santa Fe, that I got at a great price. Would I recommend the Bob King family of dealerships? My sales person was very nice, showed us many different cars and told us the pluses and negatives of the cars. He even showed my daughter how to drive stick shift.
