After an easy negotiation experience, we did all of the paperwork and drove off that night. Great car, but I do considerable driving daily and needed a butt cushion. I sat in a used 2013 Genesis and was engulfed in comfort, even for the low-end model. The Sales Rep, Guadalupe, was very friendly, knowledgable about the product, seemed really interested in my needs, and answered all of my questions. The Sales Manager, Glenn, did a great job of convincing and guiding me as we finalized a purchase price and trade. The price was average for this model. Since I drive nearly 40,000 miles a year, I purchased an extended warranty that I did not need, but it gives me some peace of mind. Overall, this was a very pleasurable experience for a car dealership, and I would recommend Bob King Dealerships to my friends. After 3-days of driving, I really enjoy the comfort of this vehicle. When I reach a destination, I feel relaxed and my butt thanks me. Hopefully, my future experience with service will be just a pleasing. More

So I just stop to look. Actually we were going to go to several dealers, but not that day. My husband was not feeling well. Whitney Mays greeted me with such a genuine caring professional attitude, I had no choice but to see what she had to say and to offer me. We talked a few minutes and I told her basically what I could afford and a general idea of what I was looking for. Within minutes, I saw a sparkle in her eyes and she told me she had the perfect car for me. She went out and brought me the perfect car. I couldn't believe it, I immediately loved and wanted it, that was the ONE. How could she have known? She then introduced me to Glenn Allen, the sales manager. He had that same super enthusiasm. They made me feel so special, like I was the only person in the world that mattered. It felt so good that I was not hassled into buying something I could not afford or want. Then I was introduced to Tony Rios, the finance manager. He also made me and my husband feel comfortable with the arrangements for paying for our new car. I was thinking that this could not have turn out better even if God himself had come down here to orchestrate this transaction. Tony wrapped this up and I was out of there in no time. Whitney and Tony took me to my house for my husband to sign the paperwork, can you beat that? They even took me to turn in my rental car, "How's that for V.I.P. service?" At the time I was not sure 'what' I was looking for. After talking with Brad the availability, I made decision to look at a Sonata and this was a good decision. After the initial paper work with Brad, I was then introduced to Jack and Glenn who really got "the ball rolling". And, then to Tony for final steps. I want to say, I am 82 years old, have had many "car trading/buying" experiences, but have never encountered the professional, friendly, caring for customers, working hard to please customers, as I encountered at Bob King Hyundai,from the "drive-in" to the final paper work and delivery of my car. I, again, want to thank Brad, Glenn and Tony, who worked so hard to make the deal work.
