I am a customer and not a marketing representat To buy from any other dealership is a mistake! That one statement alone is all you need to know. I am a customer and not a marketing representative for Bob King Hyundai; however, my buying experience was so pleasurable I feel like I could easily be their spokesperson. Every single person I encountered, including the people that had nothing to do with my sale, were happy to see me, kind conversationalists, and thankful. The Bob King Hyundai team made me feel I was worth their time and valued. As for the four people I had to deal with during the purchase of my vehicle, each of them were exceptional in every facet of the process. I purposely contacted Hyundai dealerships in Greensboro, Charlotte, and Virginia (close to Kings Dominion) to compare VEHICLES. Little did I know CUSTOMER SERVICE would be the key to my decision making process. The other dealerships were nice to me, but none of them compared to the friendly desire to please me as a customer than the staff at Bob King. They were not overly-friendly, but they had (have) that something extra (that je ne sais quoi) that I can't quite put my finger on. They made me feel like: "... hmmm, I wanta deal with these people." And they are right here in my back yard! I didn't even have to go far. Lucky me! As a customer, you CHOOSE where you want to spend your money. I CHOOSE to spend my money where I feel appreciated. I CHOSE Bob King Hyundai. And I'd do it again. My daughter will be 14 soon. She'll need a vehicle in a few years. Guess where I'm going! More

I bought a 2007 PT Cruiser from Bob King. Took it back two weeks. later with a couple of problems, brake rotor hanging and cruise does not work. The car has been serviced regularly and still I am having problems with the check engine light coming on for first one thing then the other. They were calling me once a week to try and get more business UNTIL I told them I was having problems with the car then they have NEVER contacted me again! Do NOT waste your time, they will not do anything to make it right! More

I was not sure what vehicle I wanted to purchase and a sweet smiling Whitney came up and was awesome. She showed me 2 of the types I was narrowing my choice down to if I decided to go with Hyundai instea sweet smiling Whitney came up and was awesome. She showed me 2 of the types I was narrowing my choice down to if I decided to go with Hyundai instead of Nissan. Whitney was very knowledgeable on the vehicles, came in on her day off to walk me through someofthe entail of the car and time was not her main concern. She never pushed but was such a joy yo talk with. She has emailed each wek nice my purchase to make sure I am satisfied or need anything. More yet is there anything she can do for me. I have recommended her and Bob King to everyone. I love my new Tucson, the service and the friendly people who work together as 1 team. Whitny is the reason I choose the Hyundai instead of the Nissann. SHE IS a great asset to your company and I will recommend her to all. She is a keeper.... She also made this experience joyful.
