I bought a certified pre-owned Sonata and love my car. The price was okay and I had to haggle quit a bit. I felt as if he was talking down to me like I was "dumb" even though I am highly intelligent as well as educated. He kept pushing me unrelentlessly, which I know is what car people are trained to do. My salesman Brad was very good and professional though. The down payment was acceptable but the monthly price was more than I had told them I could pay. I can afford it so I just went with it because I love the car. The were a few things wrong with the car and I have arranged to have those fixed. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience, just mediocre. More

I had started on my car search with high hopes only to be let down the day I decided to buy. The car I had my eye set on was sold!!! I couldn't believe it! My Uncle drug me to the dealership anyway, where a salesman talked me into test driving a car. I was so disappointed that I drove it down the street, made a U-turn and came back to the car lot. I was ready to give up! I was then introduced to this petite, energetic and beautiful lady by the name of Guadalupe, who assured me that she would do everything she could to find me a car that I would love. She searched the car inventory on her computer and spoke to her manager, as I sat in a daze still disappointed. I then heard the little pitter patter of her feet coming behind me quickly. She was bringing her manager Glenn into the hunt. He too sat down searching the car inventory to find me what I wanted. She eased my worries with lots of smiles and hugs in the process. There was a tap here, a call there and Eureka! They had found me a car with all the specifications I had asked for and almost 40,000 miles less than the original I had came to buy!! Guadalupe, my Uncle and I went for a test drive and it was smooth sailing from there. We came back and talked numbers with Glenn who was just excited as I was that he jumped up and clicked his heels. Afterwards, they sent me to Brandon to make it official with his quick printing skills and smooth writing pen. During the entire process they make you feel comfortable as they roll up their sleeves. These employees are all so full of passion and dedication that it makes your experience one to remember. More

I was originally going to buy a car from Modern Nissan, but they sold the car I was interested in. We checked Bob King, because they had a Mazda I liked online. They have been very helpful after the purchase as well to make sure I'm enjoying my new car. Bob Miller was kind, made sure to show us all the features of the car, and worked to make the process faster when we had decided to buy it. You get the feel of a small town car place, but the options and professionalism of a large dealership. I will definitely get my next car from them! More

I really needed a car and Anglea kept her word by saying she'd be able to work with me credit score and for being a first time car buyer. She also considered my time and allowed me to take a car home for 2 days while the banks were approving me for a loan. Once I finally got approved Guadalupe showed me the car I got approved for and showed me all the great features it has along with setting up my phone to the car bluetooth (which is so cool!!). I really enjoyed meeting these two ladies, and they really made me feel at ease and cared for while they were assisting me with my first car purchase.
