Bob King Hyundai

I had been shopping for a car for over 6 months for my wife. About 3 months ago we stared looking at Hyundai’s. We had gone to a few Hyundai dealerships but were unable to make a deal. I was looking on line at an Elantra at Bob Kind Hyudia and contacted Amanda Mullis. She was very professional and helpful with all my questions.The next day I decided to surprise my wife and take her to Bob King Hyundai and look at this vehicle. After arriving and finding out Amanda wasn’t there Guadalupe Hewitt stepped up and helped us out. In all my years of buying and looking at cars I have never had a sales person help me out like she did. She worked with JP Christy in getting us the best deal. When it was time for financing I was worried because this was an experience that I always dreaded in the past. I have even walked out a few times in the middle of a deal because the finance person was bully but not here at Bob King. I met the most amazing, professional, delightful and helpful finance person I have ever been around, Angela Obi. She was so amazing and helpful. Every question I had was answered and I even got more help than I asked for. Angela took extra time to explain everything to me and work on getting me what I wanted. Before leaving Angela, JP, and Guadalupe all took time to thank me and tell me bye. Because of the wonderful treatment I received from Guadalupe, Angela, and JP I will not only come back to buy my next vehicle but will also recommend Bob King to everyone I know looking for a vehicle. Andy was very helpful! Friendly when he needed to be and aggressive when the situation called for it. He immediately recognized I was not to impressed with the 2013 Equus and suggested I try the 2014 which aggressive when the situation called for it. Well, without typing a book about our trip to Bob King Hyundai, I will try to keep this as short as I can. My wife and I looked for a vehicle for several months with no luck on what we were looking for, a Hyundai, I will try to keep this as short as I can. My wife and I looked for a vehicle for several months with no luck on what we were looking for, and with a lot of hassle from other dealers and there salesman. When My wife first stopped in at the Hyundai dealer while I was out of town, she was met by a respectful man by the name of Brandon Brendle. He showed her around and looked at the Chrysler Pacifica that we ended up buying from them, she fell in love with the vehicle. Brandon helped her get into the Pacifica for the night and brought it home so I could look at it. The following day we drove the Pacifica back to the dealer wanting to talk to them more about it. Brandon was busy so that's when we met our salesman, Scott Dowd who was actually the best salesman I have met at a dealer. He was an extremely nice, Great with our kids, and even joked with us a little. Just a great down to earth guy. We started the paper work on our "new to us" Pacifica. After we filled out the paper work and started the financing, My wife and I then met Brandon Wall. Also a super nice guy who helped us financially on our Pacifica. We finished up and drove it home. Finally its ours. Well like some used vehicles it had a small issue, so we took the Pacifica back to Bob King Hyundai to the service department. We then met Toby Leasure (Service Manager) Who helped us 100% with no questions asked, Very friendly. They had the small issue fixed and I actually hung around and talked with them for a little while after we were all fixed up. To sum all of this up in a nut shell. I would highly recommend going to Bob King Hyundai before you go anywhere else. My wife and I personally worked with Scott Dowd, so if you are unsure on who you want to see ask for Scott Dowd or Brandon Brendle, I am sure everyone there has the same attitude as these two but I know for sure that either of these two guys will help. and if you talk to Scott Dowd, tell him Lance sent you and ask him if he is ready for his Steak haha.
