I came in to have my oiled change and ask about my lease that was going to come due in October. Seeing Rob King there, I spoke to him about UNCSA, he being the Chair of the Board of Trustees and me being a that was going to come due in October. When he found out my 2nd lease from Bob King was coming to the end of the contract in October, he made sure that his employees treated me like a prince, and I left the dealership with a new 2013 mazda miata lease for approximately $3.50 more than my current lease cost me. Everyone was more than kind, more than helpful, and more than professional every moment that I was there. I have to say a special thanks to Rob King, however, I want him to know that this was always my experience in my previous 2 leases, as well as all of the service calls I have made with my miatas in the last 5 years. So, thank you, Rob, for always making sure that your staff treats the customer with such respect and professionalism. I appreciate your help this week. Although I couldn't talk to her right away...I asked her to call back and she did. I had a special situation and needed a co-signer (divorce, lol) but, the professional and courteous treatment that I received from Ashley Foster, Jack Hardin, Jonathan Battle and Angela Obi was awesome! We test drove the vehicle and loved the way it handled. We found the color we liked and we worked with Guadalupe and Darin and had a very stress free negotiation of price and discounts. When we agreed on price, Darin found an additional rebate that we qualified for. He reduced the price another $500! He did not have to offer this as we would not have been the wiser. We closed on price and then met with Angela to finalize all the paperwork. She was very efficient and explained everything thoroughly. All of the people we dealt with were very personable, informative and very easy to deal with! While we were finalizing everything, the car was prepped for delivery. The entire buying experience was stress free and efficient and actually, quite enjoyable! Thank you so much! More
