I took a car in for a recall, I had an appointment for 9:30 and was told i needed to leave it. I called at 2pm to check on it only to find out the service advisor since i left the car as requested changed 9:30 and was told i needed to leave it. In September 2021 I took my 21'Sorento in to Bob king for an oil change. My last experience at this dealership was very disappointing. They told me that the service department had been "overhauled" , so I d an oil change. My last experience at this dealership was very disappointing. They told me that the service department had been "overhauled" , so I decided to give them another try. I mean an oil change is pretty routine, so what could go wrong?!. They told me there was a software recall for the transmission that needed to be done. They told me the service would only take 1.5 hours to complete, so I told them I would wait for it. I was there for over FIVE HOURS!! I have some medical issues which made this a real hardship for me. When they finally brought my car around, the paperwork indicated that the car was dropped off, rather than "customer is waiting " On my way home I noticed that when I accelerated and exceeded 5K RPM, the car would not shift and would continue to rev at 5K. I also noticed that my tire pressure was below the reccomended psi.. Also when they changed the oil, they put the bare minimum amount of oil in. The dipstick read just below the "low" level. When I called back, no one could explain to me what the transmission update was for, nor could they explain my cars new symptoms. They couldn't even refer me to anyone in Kia who could explain it. Once again, they said they would get my car right in since it wasn't done properly. I asked them to replace the Nitrogen that they had let out, and I was told they didn't have Nitrogen but they could top it off with air. Very disappointed, I agreed. After three hours I drove off and had the exact same symptoms!!. The transmission was shifting erratically, the oil was still low, and my tire pressure was still low. I am through with this dealership. I have asked to be removed from their email lists and their bulk mailing list. Today I received an invite to come trade in my 2016 Forte and my 2021 Sorento. Bob King, leave me alone. After dealing with Bob King, I may be done with Kia as well. More

I would have gave them 0 stars if I could. Terrible service. They have had my car for 3 months and still have not started working on it. Had a 1 o'clock appointment for an oil change and a tire lower pressure light on, asked for status at 3:30 and was told they tried to call me to tell me they found a nail in the tire, they called my work ph lower pressure light on, asked for status at 3:30 and was told they tried to call me to tell me they found a nail in the tire, they called my work phone that I did not have on me I was less than 5 feet away in the waiting area never came in to tell me what was going on. Told them to replace the tire. It's after 4:10 and still waiting, after 40 minutes I was told that they did not have the same type of tire until tomorrow, I told them just give me my car back. After 15 minutes I asked where my car was at was told soon, I asked to see a manager was told he was on the phone I asked how she knew she told she walked by his office earlier and he was on the phone that is whenyria save the day and asked if she could help I told her what happened and I just wanted my car back, within 1 minute she had my car. She asked me if there was anything else she could do, I told her I had to pay for the oil change and she said absolutely not. Look I know times have changed and people are overworked, things could have been different. I told myself that I would never go there again but Myria change my mined. I will be willing to give them another shot. More
