I was told by general manger today James that if I want my money then Zurich needs to call him or Zurich needs to issue me the money. (I purchased the warranty from bob King Kia though and it was rolled into my loan? ) He said he will no longer talk to me and has advised his staff to not talk to me either. He told me if I wanted to deal with this matter I can call him after 1:00 tomorrow. I guess me using the “f” word in my frustrating convo with him today dealing with this matter really was a blow to his ego? I did not cuss at him only in my response did I use cuss words as he did to me as well. All I’m trying to do is get the two checks issued that are owed to me. He told me I was an entitled princess and did not know who raised me (couldn’t be more unprofessional) He told me that all the calls have been recorded and I have harassed multiple employees which is BEYOND UNTRUE. I told him I’m glad this call is being recorded because you should hear your tone and loud yelling voice right now. He also told me that I should of gotten up with ally to get check issued for gap coverage when I refinanced in 2018. I did not even know that If you refinance your car through another lender that your gap coverage is cancelled and you get a prorated check for it.(In which I never received) Biggest thing Is I started this process over a month ago on March 4th with Zurich (who told me I would get a check issued no later than the second week of March from bob King Kia) . My patience is gone. Anyones would be. All the more reason I wrote on my review above to never purchase a warranty from a dealer. It’s a way for them to make more money and I promise you this.....do yourself the favor and find a reasonable one on your own. It’s worth doing your homework. . Purchase it outright with your money, I promise it will save you this headache and run around of getting your prorated payoff amount for warranty In the mail. It’s now April 14th and it’s on going😑 James at bob king kia can you please not use the coronavirus as a cop out. Thanks, and Zurich will be in touch. I think this the first bad review I have ever written in my life, but it’s much needed for the world to see.
