Thank you Blake Collins!!! Had a very bad week before Christmas, My house was broken into. lots of things were stolen. It was like Blake was right there waiting to help as we pulled in. He listened to what I was looking for, showed me a few cars..found one i liked but really wanted it in white. Went inside and after about an hour he asked me to come outside and there was a beautiful white Optima. He is an excellent salesman, very patient, easy to talk too. I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a new or used car. When i got there i was anxious to find something, not in the greatest mood because of my misfortune the week before but i left there HAPPY with the service and especially the car. I started my initial search with Antwon Reid , but on one of my many unannounced visits, Patrick Mabe took over when Antwon was otherwise occupied with other customers. (That kind of team effort is really unheard of at dealerships in my experience, and I appreciated that Antwon didn't want me to wait!) Patrick spent MANY hours with me as we talked features, new vs used, and budget. He was knowledgeable and very personable. I am not normally a patient person myself, but he kept me entertained while I was waiting on the financials to be finalized. A+ to Patrick, and the sales staff I had the pleasure to meet.
