I had no intention of buying on Dec 8th, (just wanted to look). I now own a 2016 Kia Soul. Alan and his manager, James, worked out a plan I could afford. They weren't pushy, I felt like I knew them all my life. If you are looking for a Kia of any kind - be sure to ask for Alan - he is truly a wonderful gentelman and a great salesman to work with. A friend referred me to George Welcome at the Winston Salem Bob King Dealership on December 5, 2015, I was looking at a 2016 Kia Sorento. I was pleasantly surprised by his overall knowledge and experience, he shared more information with me about the Kia Serento which the Greensboro salesman failed to do. This enabled me make a better decision regarding the model/style to suit my needs and desire. I did not plan to purchase the vehicle on 12/7, it was more of a fact finding mission but my son and I felt we were in the right place. George worked to get the price, exact color and style requested. He even stayed after the dealership closed to go over the features of the vehicle with both of us which eased my level of comfort. I went to Bob King Kia on 11/13/2015 just to test drive a vehicle because I was interested in the Kia Optima, I had no intention of driving off the lot with that vehicle on the same day because I wanted to shop around. Patrick showed me this vehicle from top to bottom and front to back. I have purchased a few vehicles in my time but I have never had a sales person that gave me the up most respect and made sure that I received what I wanted. Patrick has called to make sure that everything is ok with me and my vehicle and asked if there is anything that he can do for me. I have never had this type of sales treatment buying anything and I just wanted to let everyone know that I am "HIGHLY SATISFIED" with the customer service that I received and continue to receive. I really like the fact that when I drove up on the lot Patrick came outside to the vehicle before I could even get to the vehicle myself.
