Dennis Baldwin was exceptionally professional in every aspect and had our undivided attention because of one trait that he displayed; he listened to us and was patient. We had intended to visit numerous dealerships that day but after our initial experience we knew that would not be necessary. Jay Barnes in Financing was a very professional help in understanding all the options and services available to us. Very articulate in getting the paperwork together and explaining everything. Both employees were cheerful and displayed not only a great knowledge but also a welcome sense of humor. The tour was superb to make us feel very much welcome at every step. The valuation of our trade in was quick and accurate resulting in a generous trade in that was more than fair in our opinions. Since our purchase the Sportage we purchased is a joy to drive and ride in. The value compared to the much more expensive vehicle we traded in is no comparison.
