TERRIBLE Customer Service!!! We have owned our Kia Sorento that we purchased at Keffer Kia in Mooresville, NC for 2 years now. The fuel rail and pressure system went out over the We have owned our Kia Sorento that we purchased at Keffer Kia in Mooresville, NC for 2 years now. The fuel rail and pressure system went out over the weekend...so ultimately decided to take it to Bob King seeing as it is closer to our home. BIG MISTAKE! First off the gentleman by the name of Tommy Depaulis was the biggest JERK that I have ever met. He was arrogant and unhelpful from the moment that I walked through the door. After they "inspected" my Kia to see what was wrong with it, I was offered the option to order the part for my car and wait 3 more days for it to be ready. In the meantime, was told that my car was "safe to drive." I absolutely don't think so! If I didn't like that option, I could rent my own car. Wasn't going to happen either. Called Keffer Kia and was told to come on down, that if they couldn't fix it today, then they would give me a loaner car. That's exactly what I did. Drove the 63 miles to Keffer Kia and they fixed my car in 2 hours. Keffer Kia restored by faith in Kia vehicles! More

Our salesman, Jay Daggett was wonderful and so easy to work with. He did not pressure us; he showed us 3 vehicles and had us tell him what we wanted. Our appointment was at 6:30 and we had a deal by 7:30! Everybody stayed late to accomodate us. YES, YES we will recommend Bob King Kia to everybody that's looking for a new or used Kia. We are Happy, Happy, Happy! More

KIA RIO My sales person was great. His name is Shawn Cumber. He took his time with us. I have been a Honda person for the last 20+ yrs. Always great service. My sales person was great. I expected better or the same service when I returned to Kia 4 or 5 days later. Tire pressure light was on and not inflated corrected when I purchased the car. ( I went to AC auto to have them put air in) they noted 2 caps missing on the tire stems , which they replaced at no charge to me.. Also I had a blown fuse and did not know which one was blown as there was no puller . Shawn found the fuse, but did not have a puller to take the fuse out. He had to borrow one from a mechanic, we found the right one, but instead of replacing it , I had to go to the store to buy a fuse and puller. To make a long story short I was not satisfied with the level of service I received on my return visit. Again Shawn was great, I would work with him again. Thanks, Janice Hawthorne More
