Great Service and very helpful! I had scheduled the oil change on line, when I got to the dealership, I asked if I could get my tires rotated. I was also early for my appointment, but they took me right on in and was done very quickly which I appreciated very much. I have to drive for about an hour to get to the dealership, but for great service and ease of scheduling on Saturdays, I don't mind. More

Even though we had a shoestring budget and an old pickup for trade, Andrew Phillips was so positive and honest that he had our trust from the get go. Nobody was going to make big coin on this deal...but it didn't seem to matter. Antwone Clark...same thing. No pressure. We left just looking at each other like...'what just happened?' Were we not just at a car dealership? No pressure. Nobody trying to take advantage of you. Very refreshing. We not only would recommend Bob King to anybody...we certainly will return for a newer vehicle as soon as possible. More
We bought 2 new Kia Souls My wife purchased her new Kia Soul after a lot of research because she needed a car she could get in and out of with bad knees. After she got her Soul My wife purchased her new Kia Soul after a lot of research because she needed a car she could get in and out of with bad knees. After she got her Soul I drove it and loved it. So I traded my boring GMC on a new red Exclaim Soul fully loaded and just about as good as the fully loaded GMC. The car is more fun to drive. Great on gas for my 100 plus miles each day to work. After buying two new Souls and having the dealer go out of their way to make it happen for us we need service. With 100 miles per day I am there on Saturdays for my oil changes. It is a pleasure not a dread as with other dealers. The great thing with Bob King Kia is you get your car back with the seat where you left it. Ever get in at the other dealers and get whip lash when you fall into the back seat because the service guys love to put the seat all the way back? Never at this dealership. They give service with a smile. Not too fast and not too slow. You know they took the right amount of time to check everything they say they do. They get you out as fast as they can even when they are covered up. It is fun to go see these guys because they remember your name, treat you like they care and know you and make you feel you are of value to them. This has been one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We love the Souls, we appreciate the great service and plan to keep coming back to this dealer for our service. More

As soon a WOW! – Let me tell you about our 2nd car buying experience from BOB king Kia. We took our first car a 2012 Kia Optima in for an oil change. As soon as we turned in I saw a 2015 Optima SX-L. So while we were waiting for the oil change, we walked to the sales floor to ask about the new car. We talked to Mike Blankenship. He pulled over the car, and we took it for a test drive. When we got back, we asked about all the available options. We wanted a black car with black leather. They didn’t have that car in stock. They did price us the new car complete with our trade. We were not prepared to buy the car that day, but we kept in email contact with our salesman Mike. We had a small list of demands that we wanted with our new car e.g Black leather, no front tag, no stickers or dealership decals, no pinstripes, and we wanted factory window tint. The dealership did not have the car we wanted when we were ready to sign. We signed for the car on the evening of 8/21; they had our car for us the very next day! I expected that it could take weeks to locate and receive the car that met our expectations. I was wowed. I expected to have to have the window tint done myself. My salesperson shocked me, and the car they got me had everything. It was perfect! From the date that we first visited on the 9th of August, till we drove off the lot on 8/22 with the car, they met every single detail of our request. No problem. No job is too large or small for this dealership or our salesman Mike. More

My credit isn't the best and some dealerships wouldn't even touch me but once Phillip ran my numbers he said they could work with me. I came down and in no time had picked out a car signed my papers with Antwoine and was out the door in a 2015. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They even showed me how to work all the buttons in the car! More

So we decided to see if something caught our eye and if Bob King Kia would make us a deal. The experience that we had was phenomenal! They were able to put us back in to 2014 Kia Sportage, which we love and gave us a trade-in deal that we just could not say no too. There was no pressure at all! It was all about what they could do for us and how it would be the simplest, easiest, and most gratifying experience for us. We will never hesitate in buying a car from them again, and will gladly recommend them to anyone who will listen about our experience with them. Thank you Bob King Kia! More

Trust is apparent in the way both performed prior to and upon our meeting. Working through internet sales, my purchase was practically made! Driving it seemed secondary to purchase.
