My experience!! Bob King Kia helped me get a car that was affordable and that met my standards and desires. Shawn Cumber was my dealer and he was vert friendly and helpful. He was patient and made sure that I knew everything about every car that I was shown. I ended up getting a 2011 Ford Fiesta and I couldn't be any happier. It is an excellent car and I love it. Thanks to Bob King Kia I now have a great vehicle to drive!! More

Dissappointed I drove over an hour on a Friday evening to test drive and consider purchasing a used car. The sales person that my husband spoke with on the phone w I drove over an hour on a Friday evening to test drive and consider purchasing a used car. The sales person that my husband spoke with on the phone was with another customer, which is understandable; however we were told to wait at another sales person's desk until he could get to us. Needless to say, he was out on a food run. I'm not sure why someone else couldn't help, but whatever. Keith finally arrived after about 20 min. of waiting. Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable. Granite we were there late Friday night and I realize that banks were closed, but I was assured that I would receive a phone call the next day with a possible deal or what could/could not be worked out. Never received a call! My husband did call Saturday after lunch, but had to leave a voice mail. Still, no return call! It's been a week now and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I don't expect a call now because I will not purchase a car from here. This experience was a total waste of my time. More

Easiest car deal I have ever had !! Upon entering this spotless dealership showroom, I was greeted by Kathy Walser, whose friendly approach made me feel comfortable. In just a few minute Upon entering this spotless dealership showroom, I was greeted by Kathy Walser, whose friendly approach made me feel comfortable. In just a few minutes, she turned me over to Antwone Clark. He shook my hand and the deal was on. Antwone asked me questions to find what my needs were, then I drove a couple of cars, and during the road test Antwone pointed out features and answered my questions . I never felt pressured during our interaction. He took all the time that was needed, worked a deal and financing that I was comfortable with, and even paired my cell phone to the Bluetooth in my new black Kia Soul + just before I left the dealership. This was the fastest and easiest car deal ever for me. This was the first time I've done business with a Bob King dealership, and it will NOT be my last. My experience with the folks in the front of this dealership was extremely pleasant. I'm looking forward to doing business with their service department and I'm sure Walter White and Billy Fleming will be able to hook me up with cool accessories from the parts department. Y'all do pretty work !!!. More

He ask what I was looking for and went out of his way to find what I wanted. He took the extra step to make us feel comfortable. He carefully explained the process before, during and after our purchase. He made the finance process go smooth and quickly. After the purchase was final he spent the extra time to make sure I understood how to operate everything on my car. Overall we were extremely pleased with how we were treated and will be recommending Bob King Kia and Rodney Rhoda to others. More

Keith Lillard went way out of his way to help me understand all the workings of the Kia Rio and to help me make my choice. He took care of all my needs including helping me pick up the car on the date I wanted it. He also helped me with my old car trade in and getting my plates off the car. He also was very versed on the other makes of cars and why kias are superior. He helped me make my choice and gets 100 per cent or whatever is a perfect score. Donna Lineberry helped me with all my paper work and helped me get a low rate for financing and all the extras to protect my car. She was very nice and supportive. Scott McCleod was the first person I talked to when I went to the dealership. His helpfulness made me want to come back. He also helped me making a choice. Kathy Walser made me feel very welcome and supported throughout the process. The service section answered a question for me after the second day and also made me feel supported. I am very glad I chose Bob King Kia. More

An Unforgetable Experience! I wanted to buy a new car and a friend had suggested checking out the Kia Optima. I decided to see what Bob King Kia of Winston had to offer on Saturd I wanted to buy a new car and a friend had suggested checking out the Kia Optima. I decided to see what Bob King Kia of Winston had to offer on Saturday April 12. I was blow away with the friendliness I received from a salesman by the name of Michael Jenkins. He walked with me around the car lot giving a detailed description of each vehicle and the excellent warrantee that is offered with the purchase of a new vehicle.
