First Time Buyer I just purchased my very first car from Bob King Kia! I started out pretty nervous but that faded fast. When I pulled onto the lot, I was greeted by Andrew Phillips. I had done a little bit of comparison shopping online before heading over and knew which cars I wanted to check out. He was very knowledgeable and quick to help me find the perfect car to fit my needs as a daily commuter with a sizable drive. He and Antoine Clark worked to stay within my monthly budget but was still able to find a car that I love. I am so incredibly happy with my Kia Forte EX and with the service that Andrew and Antoine provided. I didn't get the stereotypical pushy sales pitch that I had been dreading. He listened to my needs and concerns and got me into the perfect car. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car go talk to him. A great guy that made my first car buying experience easy and enjoyable. More

Jay Barnes could not have been more KIND and HELPFUL arranging my financing. I felt as if he went out of his way to address my concerns. Then Kathy Walser is obviously the woman who represents Bob King KIA in such a POSITIVE way and keeps things running smoothly - taking messages, returning phone calls, and treating all customers as if they were were her most important customer ever! Finally, my recent experience today with Scott Mcleod was so HELPFUL. For whatever reason the backseat headrests were missing in my car. I thought that possibly they had been removed to clean the car and someone might have forgotten to put them back in the car. When I called to inquire about them, Scott immediately went to work on trying to locate the headrests and then decided that they were not in the car when it was traded-in. Therefore, he is ordering me NEW headrests, which will probably be available next week. Scott immediately addressed my concerns and treated the need for backseat headrests as if they were the most important part of the car! I simply can't imagine any other dealership with such a kind, helpful, and accommodating staff! I highly recommend Bob King KIA, and I certainly will return to them with any FUTURE car needs. More

Just came in for a test drive. i started my experience with Kia online trying to find out a price for my car as a trade in, I was contacted by Nyia and she gave me some information i started my experience with Kia online trying to find out a price for my car as a trade in, I was contacted by Nyia and she gave me some information on the car and to let her know when i wanted to schedule a test drive. I scheduled it for last Saturday with honestly no intentions of even getting a car at the time. i had been looking at the Kia Soul for a couple months and had never done a test drive. I wanted to make sure it was comfortable before i considered it as one of the cars I wanted. When my husband and i came in we were introduced to George. From the beginning he was extremely helpful and very nice. He took his time to explain everything about the car and I mean everything from bumper to bumper. We learned so much from him that you do not learn online through research. It was an amazing experience for him to know that much information about this car. He impressed us so much we decided to take the next step and see if we would get approved using our old car as a trade in. Our credit scores are not very good so we really did not have much hope. They worked extremely hard and got us financed! We were so excited. George was amazing through the whole process reassuring us and working hard to make the deal happen. I recommend him to anyone that is skeptical about the car buying process. He goes above and beyond to make the consumer happy. If your in the market for a Kia go see him you will not regret it! More
