This was the most excellent car buying experience I have ever had! I phoned Bob King and spoke with the internet manager regarding the car I was looking for; she took my information and said she would have ever had! Within minutes, I was speaking with Rodney Rhoda, the most friendly and genuine car dealer I have come in contact with. He patiently explained the cars he had that met my needs and stated I would receive an excellent deal. After speaking with him several times that day, I decided to travel to Winston to see the car he said would meet my desires. I was not disappointed. He thoroughly showed my Dad and I my now new 2013 Sorento and answered all of our questions. He never made us feel rushed but instead like family! He kept his word that I would get an excellent deal and an excellent car and I wouldn't agree more. I have since contacted Rodney multiple times regarding various questions with my car and he still shows the same patience and speediness of replying! We gave the Kia Dealership a high overall rating. The sales representatives were exceptional and seemed to genuinely want to help us and give us a good experience. I requested an internet price Saturday morning and heard from Niya within minutes. She provided me a number in writing and over the phone. We came into the dealership that afternoon. He checked availability of colers and features in both models. He was friendly and courteous. He was able to provide me a price within my target desired range for the identified vehicle. He was able to gove me the price for the car and color that had not arrived. When he met my price he provided numbers to Donna. Donna was fast, friendly and efficient. She was able to answer my questions on options fully. As my car would not be here till Monday, he provided me with a loaner. He closes well. On Monday I took delivery. My son left his sunglassess in the trade and Terry has stashed them for him. The time that it took to buy my car was the same as at the Ford place but it seemed to take less time here. We were very pleased. More
