Riley was very professional, pleasant and helpful. He helped me out with my car's headlight. It needed to be replace under warranty. He had to order the part and it was arriving the next day and promised me it would be fixed that day which was a Saturday! So, I left my car there. And I received a call on Saturday an hour and a half earlier than what was scheduled. The part was scheduled to arrive at 2:30pm, and it took 3-4 hours to replace...But, I receive a message my car was READY to be picked up at 1:27 pm! What service! I am amazed. He knew what to do. He knew I was hesitant to leave my car. When I picked up my car, it was washed and looked GREAT! He even told me that the carwash broke my windshield wiper and they replaced it with a new one. I live in McMinnville, I will take the time to take it there to be serviced. Because the service was excellent. Thank You Riley and crew. Your customer service is very impressive. Well worth the trip. I do have to mention Andrew Johnson, He was helping the dealership service department where I had my car service in the beginning, by Christian Taggart, Buick GMC of Beaverton. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND their service. Overpriced and push for service that's not necessary. They'll recommend thousands in repairs, when it's not needed, and the repairs they do - don Overpriced and push for service that's not necessary. They'll recommend thousands in repairs, when it's not needed, and the repairs they do - don't solve the problem, or create another problem. My son took our Minivan in for an engine light. They quoted over $5000 in services, including brakes and suspension! The fix they convinced was needed (nearly $1000) resulted in the engine light back on, on the way home. When my son returned to see why it wasn't fixed, they instead gave us a quote for another $400 (two screws and a $40 part) to fix a mass air sensor which likely got dirty when they change the cracked plastic air intake boot. We left. We repaired the $400 sensor for $35 and 5 minutes of work (thanks you tube). I will never send a car there again. And, given that this is an Award Winning Honda Dealer -- I'm avoiding all Honda Dealer Repair. More

Aug. 19,2023 I picked up my brand new car. I had been driving my 1995 izzuo Rodeo for 28 yrs. Yep had 267 thousand miles. Was time for me to buy another ve 19,2023 I picked up my brand new car. I had been driving my 1995 izzuo Rodeo for 28 yrs. Yep had 267 thousand miles. Was time for me to buy another vehicle, Rodeo still running but needed smaller car. I want to give Mitch the upmost appreciation for helping me through a very easy process. I'm 69 yrs old my husband had passed away 6 months before. I knew I wanted a Honda, I looked at several models on line. Went to dealership by my house just to look at in person. I was hooked on the 2023 Honda Civic Sport. I called Beaverton Honda, spoke to a very polite, professional,great young man, Mitchell. (Mitch) I went into speak with him in person the next day. I was expecting some pressure for additional bells and whistles. Never felt any pressure, he showed me a list of what I could get. I did choose some bells my choice. Basically I want to thank Mitch so very much helping an old grandma find the car an price I was comfortable with. Mitch hope you read this, your amazing at your job. Nick was extremely helpful. We actually enjoyed doing business with him. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner. My wife and I were both very satisfied with the way the process was conducted. Nick even convinced me that I should add several extra cost items to the package. And I have to say that it was not an easy thing to do. that being said, I am glad I did add them. We also appreciated that Beaverton Honda did not xxxxx the, over MSRP surcharge, to the price of the car. If anyone asks we will definitely tell them we are very satisfied customers. All in all the whole customer experience went smoothly. It's nice to see some dealerships and sales people know how to treat their customers. More
