Matt is a great service advisor. He is very pleasant to deal with and is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my car, which is very rare for a service advisor. Matt was very patient with me when I ask deal with and is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my car, which is very rare for a service advisor. Matt was very patient with me when I ask him numerous questions about the service Honda was performing and about general questions I had about how my car operates. My car was ready when promised and there were no surprises. Overall, I would recommend to anyone who owns a Honda to work with Matt. More

I purchased a new car about six months ago from Maria Benn, who I felt was the most honest sales person I h HONEST AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a new car about six months ago from Maria Benn, who I felt was the most honest sales person I had ever come across. My experience at this dealership has continued to fascinate and delite me. Today was a perfect example. I came in to get my first oil change, which was free! The service department was friendly and fast. I then had a question for Maria, the sales person who had sold me my car MONTHS ago, she was more then happy to help me figure out how to use my iPod with my car and listen to music from Pandora. Then, another sales person, Myke Thompson came over and gave me the chord I needed to do what I wanted. No charge! He explained how to use it and listen to my favorite tunes from my iPod via Pandora! I am so happy because I've been trying to figure this out for months! These two sales people made no money off of me. I had already bought my car and they took the time to help me, give something I needed and their honesty and customer service, I feel was over the top. If you are going to buy a Honda or a car from this dealership, you will get great, honest customer service from Maria Benn or Myke Thompson. My advice is to ask for one of them. Linda G. More
We purchased a 2007 335i BMW and found that after we purchased the car we had trouble with the oil level. Finally we brought the car to your service area and Jonah, Andy, and Richard went above and bey purchased the car we had trouble with the oil level. Finally we brought the car to your service area and Jonah, Andy, and Richard went above and beyond to make sure that the oil leak was not only fixed but covered by you folks as well as giving us a rental car. I am so happy with the service we received and especially Jonah. He had never met us in the past but was kind, understanding, and has great customer service skills. I had been considering a smaller vehicle but wasnt quite sure what I wanted. I brought my Element in for service and asked if I could look at a few smaller model Hondas while I waited. I arrived, without an appointment and with a tire that had a screw in it. I was heading to the Oregon Coast with my toddler grandchild. He presented me with a clean vacuumed car and a cookie! Jonah has provided me with service before and he is one of your finest employees. His attention to detail is outstanding and he seems to love his job which shows in his communication. I have always had good service from Beaverton Honda but when it is provided by Jonah Nelson the bar gets raised very high! Thank you, Wendy Mitchell More
My A/C wasn't blowing cold so I took my minivan in. Jonah promptly called to let me know they found the problem in the condenser. While looking it over, they also found my timing belt about to go and my oil gasket leaking. In addition, I had a safety recall needing addressed. No one budgets for these things, but Jonah explained the necessity of each very clearly and the prudence of saving money by doing it all at once. He made it all happen that day and put me in a rental car so I could still get to work. I appreciated Jonah's level of knowledge and his approach - he was matter of fact, not pushy about me getting the work done. Very professional and respectful. Thank you. More

I have four Hondas and Ben Andrews takes care of all of them He knows which cars he can wash and which ones I don't allow anywhere near a mechanical car wash system. I appreciate his candor, honesty, and respect his recommendations. I never feel like I am having work done that I don't need. To me Ben is synonymous with Beaverton Honda - I can't imagine the service group without him. More
I have purchased several cars here and always had my service done here. On my previous few visit I was disappointed in the service. This time, someone called to offer me a coupon and schedule an appoint service done here. On my previous few visit I was disappointed in the service. This time, someone called to offer me a coupon and schedule an appointment. Since it was time, I called back to schedule. The operator who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about and suggested I call back the next day. I then spoke to someone in the "service" department who said the call came from a call center, and I would have to speak with them. It took 3 phone calls to get the appointment honoring the reduced price. The discount was $15 so it was not really worth the trouble. The service took twice as long as it was supposed to, which has been my complaint the last few times. Another service request I made could not be honored, because they were short staffed and it would have to go to another area for that work to be done. They then recommended an additional $1200 worth of repairs. Apparently they had time to complete that work? The hood of my car was dented when they finished. The service manager said that the dent came from the inside, so he found it "interesting" that I believed it occurred there. (I think they had just been inside working on the engine?) He was going to have someone call me to look at the hood, but that did not happen. When I left, I noticed that items from my glove box had been removed and not replaced. This used to be a great place to buy and maintain a car, but I won't return. More
