I had my car serviced at other dealer in August for timing belt service, and I was not happy with their service, pricing, and their pressure to sell more repairs. So I was very hesitant to have a majo timing belt service, and I was not happy with their service, pricing, and their pressure to sell more repairs. So I was very hesitant to have a major repairs/service at another dealership. This was the first time I had a major service at Beaverton Honda. First, I called and spoke with Amber Buettner to get some quote for the service. She did not pressure me to sell all kinds of repairs. She made sure that they will check the car throughly before they recommend any needed service/repairs, and she even told me that I can make my own choice whether to accept or decline their recommendation. She even sent me coupons to use via email. I met Matt at the service counter, and I have discussed with him what maintenance services/repairs I had done to my car upto this point. After the exam of my car, Matt suggested the following services; 105K service, Transmmission flush and refill, dashboard air fileter change, and brake fluid flush and refill. I also needed to repair my driver's seat control which was broken, and my car was making some high pitched metal sound when accelerated. With combined coupons and discounts, I was able to have my car serviced for $658 for all repairs and services except brake fluid flush and refill. Matt suggested that I could do it on my next visit. Matt charged for parts only for the driver's seat control repair, and he even repaired one burned fuse at no cost. My car seat is now working smoothly, and my car does not make anymore metal noise when accelerated. Matt, Diane (shutle driver) and all others at Beaverton Honda were very courteous and friendly. Their waiting room is very clean and pleasant. Most of all, they took care of my car and charged reasonably. I recommend this dealer for all Honda owners for maintenance and repairs. More

I really appreciated the helpfulness of all three of the guys I named above. I took me 2 tries to get the right wiper blades, because I needed more than just inserts. First Ken came out to install the ins guys I named above. I took me 2 tries to get the right wiper blades, because I needed more than just inserts. First Ken came out to install the inserts, but they wouldn't work in my after market blades. Then Derrick installed the right wiper blades for me. Both Ken & Derrick dropped what they were doing and came out quickly to help me, and were friendly too. ECHIVERS in the parts dept. was very helpful and friendly also. It could be said that -- willing workers work wonders for wipers! More

I have been bitten more than once by this dealership. Sales and service. Dont ask me why I went back after having a bad experience once. I had a bad sales experince with the dealership salesperson telling me that everything was right with my vechicle when clearly the aloghnment was way off. I went there twice to fix it but they kept telling me that their service ppl are certified and they know better. Only a call to Honda USA made them check it again and yes, the alignment was way off. For the regular maintainence they have a habit of checking off stuff on their cheklist without bothering to actually having a look at the car. this has happened to me twice on two seperate visits. Had to take the car in for servicing within a week of regular scheduled maintainence. And most of their service people know less than you about your car troubles if you take 30 minutes to google the problem. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Beaverton Honda if you can. More

Beaverton Honda Express is an oxymoron. They are really slow. They took 1.5 hours to change my tire. The tire change only took 20 minutes. They waited an hour to change it.
