It took more than 2 hours for an oil change and brake fluid service. While I continued to wait, other customers cleared out of the waiting room and staff went to lunch. I came out and looked into the gar fluid service. While I continued to wait, other customers cleared out of the waiting room and staff went to lunch. I came out and looked into the garage where cars are left once service is complete and my car was sitting there. None of the service representatives were at their desks they were all in a room at the end of the hallway. I was able to get someone's attention and asked if I could please pay for my service so I could leave. Emmaly came out and took care of taking my payment. She said they had been called into a meeting and that is why no service representatives were present. I have been a customer of this location for more than 25 years but in the past couple months the service department customer service has not been as good as they always were before. It's disappointing. I hope this will improve. More
I have taken my vehicle there for years for service. At my last check up it said all my break pads were rated yellow (may need attention) and everything else was fine. My car then was having issues starting so I brought it in. They did a diagnostics and said it was the battery. That is fine but I am frustrated after paying for regular service I was charged for diagnostics. Next time I will get the diagnostics and then go elsewhere for the work as there is no incentive to have the dealer do it. Also, the rear brake pads were not replaced and now show green rating with and increase in thickness than the last time. This makes me question the assessment process. More

Car drop off was quick and efficient despite the employees working short-staffed.
