I lived out of state for a number of years, having returned to Bloomington (IL) in 2011; finding myself needing a better car, Mike was my first thought, and my first choice. Mike made my purchase of a Honda CR-Z Hybrid THE best buying experience of my life, after less than stellar 'help' from other salesmen in years past. I loved the car, but due to other reasons, I recently needed a larger vehicle but a larger Honda was not in my budget. I located a Chevy Impala on the Lindsay website, contacted Mike, and in less than a week I had traded vehicles. As I live many miles from the dealership, Mike made the extra effort to bring the Impala TO me for a test drive. A salesperson has never done that before, and it just reinforced the reason I went to Mike in the first place. A small service issue arose a few days after I purchased the Chevy and Mike personally drove it to the dealership, leaving a very nice car for my use that day. Mike returned my car that evening, the issue was fixed and I was not charged for it.
